All orders are processed after successful order confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 Business Days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 Business Days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and the courier service.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Address

U&S Nutrition is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or inability to contact the customer, our courier partner may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.
Delivery Inspection
We recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery. If you notice that the package is damaged, opened, or appears to have been tampered with, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact our support team as soon as possible.
